HOMEMADE COFFEE SYRUP
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring just to a boil, stirring until all sugar is dissolved.
- Immediately remove from heat and allow to cool completely before pouring into a glass bottle.
For a sweeter syrup, use up to a ratio of 3 parts sugar to 2 parts water. Any higher sugar to water ratio and your syrup will be too thick to pour.
