This month we’re staying warm and savoring sweet memories with this delicious KRAFT recipe for Skillet S’mores Pudding Dip.

Nestled right in the middle of winter; January is one of those months where I constantly find myself seeking familiar comforts to stay warm. There is no greater comfort than snuggling up with my favorite fleece pants, a handmade cozy quilt and a favorite family recipe. January is when we break out all of our favorite soup recipes from my rustic baked potato soup to my grandmother’s recipe for Cajun chicken and sausage gumbo.

Speaking of my grandmother, she makes the most incredible chocolate meringue pie. It has become a staple around our house during the holidays and special occasions. I looked to this family favorite in an attempt to create a dessert that warmed the belly just as much as it did the soul. A bag of JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows that I had in the pantry and a recent purchase of the most adorable six-inch cast iron skillets inspired me to create a delicious warm pudding dip.

The pudding base of my grandmother’s chocolate meringue pie is a smooth and rich homemade pudding that contrasts delightfully with the crunch of the toasted miniature marshmallows. To complete the s’mores presentation, serve warm with graham crackers for dipping or sliced apples for a great alternative. This Skillet S’mores Pudding Dip has officially become one of my favorite desserts for staying warm and savoring sweet memories of my family back home.

This dish can easily be made ahead of time and refrigerated in small batches until ready to serve, perfect when cooking for two! Just store the cooked pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator. When ready, spoon into small skillets or baking ramekins, top with JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows and pop under the broiler until marshmallows are toasted and pudding is warmed.
