HOMEMEADE OAT FLOUR
Yields: 1 cup oat flour
 
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup plain oats
PREPARATION
  1. Place oats in food processor or blender.
  2. Pulse repeatedly until a fine flour is formed.
  3. Stir periodically to ensure all oats have been pulverized.
  4. Store unused oats in an airtight container.
